These Terms of Service govern your use of enterprisedigitalworld.com and any services provided by Enterprise Digital World LLC ("we," "us").
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, local SEO, web design, social media management, paid advertising, branding, and email marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement with the client.
Search engine rankings, ad performance, and social media growth depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes by Google, Meta, and other platforms, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Payment terms, billing frequency, and cancellation policy are set out in the individual client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are billed monthly with no long-term contract required, and can be paused or cancelled with written notice.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts (Google Business Profile, website hosting, ad accounts, social media accounts) and for reviewing and approving content and campaigns in a timely manner.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterprise Digital World LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding three (3) months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
